audit and analysis of current process effectiveness
appropriateness of current model against future business needs
development of future operational strategy and selection
on-boarding of new suppliers and process as required
Projects range from stand alone tasks such as creation of Standard Operational Process instructions for new export procedures and legislation (Brexit) through vendor assessment and rationalisation programmes, technology transfer projects and establishment of new supply chains, across international markets in fields as diverse as grocery export and defence systems.
